I'm Stefanie Phillips, a mom of 2 boys and a certified fitness trainer at Sweat Club Inc. Born and raised on PEI, now settled here and call NB home. 

In school, I was always terrified of public speaking. To answer a simple question or give a presentation was so nerve-racking. The fact that I spend every day in front of people, teaching classes and sometimes yelling at the top of my lungs blows my mind.

Living a healthy lifestyle means so much more to me than aesthetics. I want to live a long and healthy life for my kids and family. I want to be a role model for them when it comes to taking care of themselves. I want to advocate for moms making time for themselves. And last but not least, fitness and well-being have improved my mental health. It helps me control my anxiety and be the best version of myself.
