Easy Fall Collagen Recipes

Marine Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid is a powerhouse protein with many benefits to your skin, hair, nails, bone & joint health. Add a scoop to your morning coffee, smoothie or baked treats. The options are endless with this unflavoured formula. Below are a few recipes for you to try.

Collagen Pumpkin Bites

Fall brings out some of the best flavours! These easy collagen bites are perfect for breakfast, to grab on-the-go or a sweet afternoon snack.

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup (or approximately 4 scoops) Marine Collagen
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2/3 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 maple syrup 
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • Pumpkin pie spice *optional

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Using a tablespoon, scoop and roll until ball shape is formed. For best results, let them chill in the fridge to firm up!  

Recipe yields approx. 33 balls.

Collagen Protein Iced Coffee

This all-in-one drink is the perfect kick start to your day.

Ingredients:

  1. Start with approx. 1 cup of coffee
  2. Add one scoop of Collagen (*see tips below)
  3. Pour in bottle of Premier Protein
  4. Add scoop of ice
  5. Shake and enjoy!

*Note on mixing Collagen: If you're using hot coffee, we recommend using a handheld frother for best results. If your coffee is already cold, you can use the frother, or a shaker cup, instead.

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl

If you're a pumpkin spice lover, this is the smoothie bowl for you! Sweet, spice and packed with protein! 

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop Marine Collagen
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1/2-3/4 cup pumpkin puree 
  • 1 tbsp spoon peanut butter
  • Almond milk
  • Pumpkin spice creamer *optional
Blend all ingredients. Pour in bowl and top with graham cracker, whip cream and pumpkin pie spice (optional).

 

Collagen Yogurt Parfait

Mix yogurt and collagen until smooth. Layer into bowl or mason jar with fruit, granola, and chia seeds. Enjoy!
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt of choice
  • 1/2 - 1 scoop Marine Collagen depending on preference 
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

*Note: Collagen will give the yogurt a more sticky consistency

Collagen Protein Cookies

These cookies are super easy to throw together. Enjoy them with a cup of collagen coffee! 

  • 2 banana (mashed)
  • 2 scoop vanilla protein powder or Marine Collagen
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 dark chocolate chips

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Use a spoon to portion even scoops and roll into ball shape. Bake for 10 min at 350℉ or until golden brown.
