If you are tired, add extra water and be sure to stay hydrated during your workout. Give your body time to digest the pre-workout formula to optimize performance. Some people claim they feel the effects in 15 minutes while others may take up to 45 minutes.

If you exercise in the evening, be careful of how late you take pre-workout as the caffeine could make it difficult to sleep. Depending on how sensitive you are to caffeine, the effects of STAMINA could last for 3-6 hours.
