Sweat Supps Summer Recipes

Are you already sweating before a workout? Cool down with your supps.


  • 2 cups (16oz)  @vitacoco coconut + pineapple water⁠⁠
  • 4 cups of ice⁠⁠
  • 1/2 - 1 scoop of Grape STAMINA (depending on your tolerance)⁠⁠⁠⁠

Blend and enjoy!


Strawberry Lemonade

To a shaker cup or mason jar, add:

  • fresh strawberries⁠⁠, halved
  • half a lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 -1 scoop Strawberry Lemonade STAMINA⁠⁠ (depending on your tolerance)
  • approx. 2 cups water (16 oz)

Top with ice, shake, and enjoy!







Hydrate and repair post-workout with a refreshing BCAA treat.

BCAA Popsicles

Fill a shaker with:

· 2 cups (16 oz)  water
· 3-4 scoops of Cherry or Peach BCAA ⁠⁠
Pour over popsicle tray, freeze and enjoy!
