Sweat Supps Summer Recipes
Are you already sweating before a workout? Cool down with your supps.
- 2 cups (16oz) @vitacoco coconut + pineapple water
- 4 cups of ice
- 1/2 - 1 scoop of Grape STAMINA (depending on your tolerance)
Blend and enjoy!
To a shaker cup or mason jar, add:
- fresh strawberries, halved
- half a lemon, sliced
- 1/2 -1 scoop Strawberry Lemonade STAMINA (depending on your tolerance)
- approx. 2 cups water (16 oz)
Top with ice, shake, and enjoy!
Hydrate and repair post-workout with a refreshing BCAA treat.
Fill a shaker with:
· 2 cups (16 oz) water
· 3-4 scoops of Cherry or Peach BCAA
Pour over popsicle tray, freeze and enjoy!
