5 easy tips to level up your at-home workout
1) GET DRESSED
Put on your sneakers and actual gym clothes. Although comfy, working out in your PJs will be less motivating. Wear proper footwear to help prevent injury. Pair with our new Drop Socks for ultimate comfort.
2) DEDICATE SPACE
If you have space, section off a home-gym area and keep it set up. You'll be more likely to get your workout done if you don't have to haul everything out each time.
3) USE WHAT YOU HAVE
If you don't have weights at home and are relying on bodyweight, don't worry - you can still get an effective workout. What we suggest is to work until muscular failure, rather than counting reps. Try a resistance band to level up your bodyweight training.

4) ELIMINATE DISTRACTIONS
This will mean different things to different people. Simply putting your phone on "Do Not Disturb" is a great place to start. If you live with someone, let them know you are taking the next 30-60 minutes for yourself. New Moms could exercise while their little one is down for a nap.
5) JOIN A COMMUNITY
