PRO TIP
Consume 1/2 to 1 scoop mixed with 8 oz of water 30 minutes before exercise. We always recommend starting with 1/2 a scoop to test your tolerance.

For anyone who is big on endurance, this pre workout slaps! I’m an endurance swimmer and for average days, I take it before I start a swim. 1 scoop for 5k. 1.5 scoops for up to 10. If it’s a drill day, I do 1.5.
I, personally, found it was tough to find one I liked specifically for endurance so I’m so glad I found this!! I throw some electrolytes in with it when I drink it and ready to go every single time!

This is seriously so delicious! It tastes almost like a grape freezer pop, but without the sweet sugary flavour. Taking 1/2 a scoop 30 mins before a workout does the trick for me - it gives me lots of energy that helps me push myself throughout the whole workout. Love it!!

Oh my goodness! I am not a fan of anything grape so I was taking a huge risk by getting this but the other flavour was sold out.
